Hi my mum really wants an Apple Watch but is on Tesco mobile. Is there anyway this can still work?

If the watch is the GPS only version then it will work just fine with Tesco,if she gets the cellular version then the only carriers that support the cellular apple watch are EE,Vodaphone and O2.
