Why do i not have more icoud storage after i purchased more storage

Go to Settings then select your name at the top and then select iCloud. It should tell you the amount of storage you have at the top and if you go to Manage Storage you will see the option the Change your Storage Plan. Make sure both of those match to what you want to have.
