Phone shut during video recording

This morning I was recording a one-hour long video, and in the last few min my phone turned off from low battery. Is there any way I can get back the video? When someone calls when i’m recording it cuts off but it saves in my camera roll. But when my phone turned off, the video is nowhere to be found. Can i somehow locate it?
