hi! I’ve already done the steps of passing my iCloud info of one iPhone to another, but the apps are missing. I have my number and contacts info but not the apps. What am I missing. I’m using two phones right now. One for WhatsApp and all the apps. And the new one just to make calls. Please help.

I don't know why they didn't. When you were done with the transfer from your old phone did you leave the iPhone connected to WiFi so it could download the apps?
It is possible something went wrong, you can try connecting to your computer and restoring your iPhone from your backup or click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to speak to Apple reps.

But why the apps didn’t download😓? I did everything as the support page says, I think I’m missing something... what do you recommend me to do?
The apps aren't transferred from the old phone they are downloaded from the app store to the new phone. It may take awhile and make sure you are logged into the correct account.
But is it manually? I thought it was going to be automatic. And what about WhatsApp? Is all the info going to erase? It should ask something about kipping the old number right?
No, if you set up your new phone from the same Apple ID it should download your apps after it transfers information from the old phone. I don't know anything about WhatsApp.
Yea I was connected to wifi when the transfer was made to the new phone... ok, I guess I’ll try the computer option and contact the apple rep.
