No Audio Levels data

Ever since I updated to iOS 14 and WatchOS 7, I noticed that my Health App had removed all hearing data that I had been collecting. Now I cannot get any noise data to show up in my 'Environmental Sounds Category' and my iPhone is not logging Headphone audio levels for my AirPods Pro.

I already unpaired and re-paired my Apple Watch, but that hasn't fixed the issue. I've also toggled the noise logging for headphones and for ambient noise. I've restarted my devices a few times in between as well. I am very confused. Any idea how to fix the problem?

I was able to get my audio levels and environmental sounds to start recording again in the health app by following the below instructions. It took a couple of hours to complete. I was also having other issues with the fitness app and health app that were resolved as well.

1- Make sure your phone is fully backed up on iCloud Settings -> Click on your Apple ID -> iCloud Backup -> Backup Now

2- Unpair your apple watch. Watch app -> All Watches -> Click on your Watch unpair

3- Reset your iPhone : Settings -> General -> Reset - > Erase All Content and Settings.

4- Once your phone is reset, restore it phone from iCloud back-up

5- Once restore process is completed, Pair your phone with apple watch again
