My payment didn’t work for iCloud storage and I used a new payment now my pictures are gone how can I get them back

ICloud storage declined my payment method so I used a new card and when it updated 99percent of my pictures are gone. Can I get them back it’s been 2 weeks

If your payment was declined -- If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support. If the photos are missing -- Get help with missing photos - Apple Support.
