I keep getting calls saying my apple iCloud account has suspicious activity. 30 calls in 24hrs. They ask to call 315-232-****? I’ve blocked callers but they keep coming Eau Claire, WI.

The calls are not from Apple. They are phishing calls.
Those calls are are common.
Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Sending email addresses and calling telephone numbers can both be spoofed/forged/faked, etc.
Apple doesn’t call you unless you’ve recently requested a callback.
If there’s an issue with your Apple ID, Apple will lock you out of iCloud and force you to re-authenticate.
