I want to cancel a storage subscription

I am trying to delete an Icloud storage subscription from a PC and I seem to be having issues. Nothing in the settings is helping and when I try to look something up I get re-directed to a completely different page. Is there actually a way to cancel the subscription from my PC or do I need to access the Icloud storage directly from my Iphone?
