I don't have an apple computer. I need to restore my iphone because it is disabled.

Any computer with iTunes will work.

Im sorry that you can’t use your iPhone. But you don’t need to have an Apple Computer to solve this problem. You can do that in Windows, too.
Just download iTunes on your Windows computer and follow the steps in iTunes.
Hope you resolve this problem.
