I cracked the screen on my iPhone 11 a couple of weeks ago and took it into a local non-authorized Apple dealer. They put a screen on and it is very glitchy it freezes frequently and has other issues. Can I still take it to an Apple authorized store?

My Apple iPhone 11 is less than a year old. I cracked the screen and had to take it to a non authorized dealer here locally and they put a non-Apple screen on it. It is very glitchy and I would like to get a real Apple screen replacement, will they still fix this at an Apple store or if I mail it in to Apple. And have I voided my warranty?

Thank you

iPhone 11

So cracking the screen voids the warranty even if I initially have it repaired/replaced by Apple themselves? That seems pretty insane based on the fact that they List iPhone 11 screen replacement on their list of services with a price of $199. Is the warranty voided because Of the initial damage or because are use in an authorized repair Shop? The reason I did this is because I live over 200 miles from any Apple store, they are all closed anyway due to Covid, and I couldn’t be without my phone for a week. The whole thing seems suspicious. Apple runs such a monopoly
