Which app, which Mac, which Mac OS? Please read Writing an effective Apple Support Communities Question and then please re-write your question.
Right click does not work. I just deleted and reinstalled and it still loads to same place. It was ok a couple weeks ago.
It has me stumped.
Also, when I right click the app in menu bar(show all windows) it temporarily moves to center desktop but does not stay.
I did not say right click it , I said to click (select) the right side of the window and drag it to the right. Totally different meaning than right clicking it.
You are welcome.
Your welcome.
Stuck is stuck but below is the info. This app got moved to the side and will not move back or be dragged back. No other app/program is doing this.

See if you can Force Quit out of this.
I. Use Force Quit:
II. Once in Finder: Use, Force Quit:
Okay, well all you want to do is drag it to another part of the display? If so then click the right side of the app, then drag it to the right to enlarge the window. Then you can quit the app.
After Force Quit and a restart, the program allowed enough of the right side to click and drag.
So the advice both @rkaufmann87 and @TheLittles worked.
Thank you.
