Verify that it is iPhone 6S and not iPhone 6! Identify your iPhone model - Apple Support
Verify that you have tried these steps: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update - Apple Support
Also, I would recommend, Restart your iPhone, Connect to internet via Wifi (Not data), Ensure Low Power Mode is OFF, and try again.
If you had installed iOS14 beta version, then first: remove the beta profile.
