How do I know if a show/movie on the various platforms supports spatial audio?

Just wondering if there is an indicator, e.g. if the show has Dolby 5.1 or Atmos, will it automatically has the spatial audio effect?

It will work automatically on any content from a supported app, if that feature is turned on. There is no indicator for supported content. Some device settings, including Follow iPhone, Balance, Mono audio, and Headphone Accommodations, can affect how spatial audio works.

Verify that the AirPods Pro firmware has been updated (to 3A283).

NB: Spatial audio for AirPods Pro is not (yet?) a feature for Apple TV hardware at this time.
