I have an error when i want to join a family sharing

Hello, every time i want to join a family sharing account, i get an error at the final step...

Can somebody help me please ?

Have you checked System Preferences/iCloud (Apple ID for Catalina)/Family Sharing to see if you are a family member? Have you asked the organizer to see if you are a family member?

Does the program you want to watch have a family subscription set up?

Have you tried signing out of the App Store/iTunes, restarting the device, and then signing back in?

Yes. But i have find the solution.

I have restart everything. I tried to do it from my iPad and it worked like a charm.

Yes i have acces to another access point.

Thing is, the sharing link is expired plus, apparently i'm now appart of the family program but when i want to watch a program, Apple propose me to take a subscription ...
