To fix this issue, you need to follow the suggestions provided in the warning message (screenshot) you posted.

In addition, take a look at this support article:--> If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

and/or this one (after choosing your country):--> Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the United States and Canada - Apple Support
