It sounds like you're having some trouble with Wi-Fi speeds.
Do you have any VPN or security software that could be affecting the connection? Check these settings:
Settings > Safari > Content Blockers
Settings > General > VPN
Settings > General > Device Management--check for any profiles here
If you're not seeing anything out of the ordinary for these settings, check out this resource for possible Wi-Fi interference that could be occurring: Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support.
Also test on a different Wi-Fi network. This will help rule out if the issue is with the Wi-Fi network itself. If you find that the slow speeds are only happening on your Wi-Fi network and not on other Wi-Fi networks, reach out to your Internet Service Provider to let them know of the issue.
