I’ve forgotten my screen time passcode and have tried everything, including the steps that Apple provided.
Whenever I try again the red message pops up and says that it is the wrong passcode.
When I press “forgot passcode” and write my email-address and password the same red message pops out.
Please help!

That was the first thing I tried to do but apparently I no longer have the right to get help because the warranty is due. I don’t know if that’s a new thing, but it really bugs me out. I think everyone deserves to get help!
Weird. That shouldn't be the case. The ticket may depend on what options you chose (I noticed the "hardware issue" thingy on the screenshot).
