How to change name that comes up on email

Hi there.

I've been desperately trying to change the name that shows up when people receive an email from my icloud account. Its a business account and its coming up as my personal name. I have changed it to the business name in contacts on phone, icloud account via site and on icloud settings on phone itself.

I have tested by sending email to others (who don't have my number or email stored) and yet it still says my personal name which is saved nowhere. Help! :)
