Why is the O2 app not for people under 18?

Seems odd that this has age restrictions as the first thing a doctor does regardless of age is check vitals, one of which is O2.

Cardio Fittness VO2 is inaccurate over age 70. Declines rapidly after 65. My 25 is not Below Average, for age 74. Can Apple add a 70-80 level? I read the VO2 Medical Journal references on this and a few actually have higher age by sex norms. If Apple cannot add another higher age/sex level ... then they should allow users to UNDO the Cardio Fitness setup that classifies VO2 incorrectly over age 65. How is that requested of Apple?
