How to check status of a claim
I received an email from Apple that there has been a change in a claim I filed for refund. The email says I can check the status of my claim by viewing the status found near the top after signing in. So vague. Sign in where? Apple store, iTunes, where? And at both signings I find nothing about status of a claim at the top. Anyone know where this might be?
