How to check status of a claim

I received an email from Apple that there has been a change in a claim I filed for refund. The email says I can check the status of my claim by viewing the status found near the top after signing in. So vague. Sign in where? Apple store, iTunes, where? And at both signings I find nothing about status of a claim at the top. Anyone know where this might be?

We understand from your post that you received an email from Apple saying there has been a change in the status of a refund you requested but there is no link available to view the change. You can log into reportaproblem.apple.com to see if the status has been updated.


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take - Apple Support


"You can sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com to check the status of your refund request."
