I can’t hear other person when make calls

I can’t hear nothing when I make or received calls if I do music what’s up or FaceTime call is ok jut When is a regular call i can’t hear other person

I can’t hear anything on the other end when I call/receive calls I have an iPhone 7 Plus and every time I go to call or FaceTime someone, I can’t hear anything on the other end and they can’t hear me. It is like dead air. I’ve updated my phone and restarted it. How can I fix this problem?
