iPad Model # Confusion
Can anyone tell me the details of model 3G931LL/A The description has the word demo in it, and I can't find any details on that. As far as I can tell it is the same as MY232LL/A, so not really sure.

Both model numbers refer to an iPad Pro 11" (2nd generation). In particular, it's a 128 GB model with Wi-Fi only, in Space Gray. The 2nd gen iPad Pro is the current latest / newest generation iPad Pro.
One model number refers to a demo unit, which are used in Apple Stores, those are not for sale. A third-party sale of those devices is not wanted by Apple. Demo Units are loaded with sample files. That contains calendar entries, mails, apps, photos etc... for a potential customer to explore.
But both model numbers refer to the same device. Same generation, size, capacity, color etc... In Terms of Hardware there shouldn't be a difference.

Thank you for the response. There seemed to be some confusion online if it could be reset, with the general consensus of yes. I spoke with Apple and you can reset these demo models to work as normal iPads. However for any looking at this thread, I would suggest doing more research where you are purchasing from, as they typically aren't sold. In my case, there are no concerns.
Really…? So I must be mistaken that I’m typing this on a 4th generation iPad Pro, then…? I have a 2nd generation, it doesn’t charge very well so I bought this. It was released in 2017. The 3rd generation model was released 2 years ago (2018). This is the 4th generation. The original iPad Pro was released on 2015.
So, no, the latest isn’t the 2nd generation.
11" not 12".....
