Upgrade phone

Hello,

Ive been your customer for years and I am looking to upgrade my phone to an iPhone 11 Pro Max silver 256 gbs. Unfortunately I am not able to afford to pay the full price on way shot. I’ve been on contract with Freedom Mobile. I’ve called several locations and they have told me they are out of stock and they’re aren’t able to order a phone for me. Is there anything that you guys can do for me? As ordering the phone throw you guys so I can renew my contract with this provider. My iPhone right now it’s damaged and it’s very stressful to use it. I appreciate your time and looking forward in hearing from you.
