iCloud account information on my phone is wrong when i try to delete it says alias email can not delete?
You can't remove/change @iCloud.com, @me.com or @mac.com aliases.

I tried to delete it or block it but I cannot my Apple ID is different and I got a couple regular emails but this alias thing keeps bothering me

Can you change the address the emails are sent to? Have you tried creating the alias using the steps in the article below?
Is that mean my email is went somewhere else as well?
I don't understand your question. If the emails weren't sent to the aliases under Reachable At, then they weren't sent to you. What emails are you asking about?

Have you tried signing out of Messages/FaceTime, restarting, and then tried to remove the email address?
