Apple Pay Glitch in new iOS 14

Just updated to ios 14 and tried to send $200 to a friend. Got the message "Suspected Fraud: This request has been flagged as suspected fraud and may be a scam, if you send money it will not be refunded and transactions cannot be reversed" I have two options, send anyway or don't send. Tried several times to hit Send Anyway, nothing, it goes away. When I hit "Don't send" it works. After 2 hrs on the phone and no one could help me. So, it appears these buttons are mislabeled in the new iOs as I used to beleive they were on oposite sides of each other before.

I was on support with apple, then greencard their payment processing bank, that support person could not help she she escalated the issue to their IT dept but they take 1-2 days to call back. This appears to be a programming issue/bug, not a flag/payment issue

Yes. The button is on the wrong side. It should'nt be "dont send" because thats what makes it go through. Seems like it might be a liability waiting to happen since someone will hit that when they dont mean to

Is the person requesting the payment at least 18 and in the USA?

Yes, I'm 39. I sent multiple payments to the same person before the update. The buttons are obviously wrong for the message. If I hit Don't Send it should'nt send it. Should be the other way around.
