what percent does your phone have to be on to update because mine is plugged in at 14 percent

At least 50%, then leave it attached to the charge circuit while completing the update.

My phone can’t update because the charge is low and it won’t charge the phone was given to me and i reset the phone and when i use quickstart i have to get the update but my phone is below 20 percent and its not charging so i can’t update the phone
