Hello Marcos74 and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It appears you have a question about a Javascript file that is trying to launch on your iPhone.

Files with the name you are seeing are often malicious scripts that are trying to install adware and browser redirect malware. In this case it appears to be masquerading as something related to a Zoom session.

Your best move here will be to delete the file without opening it if it has been downloaded. As it appears this file may have been arrived at via an ad (per the URL info at the top of the screenshot you provided), you may want to take extra care if you need to use the site that served the ad.

If you're using a third party browser, check out this quote:

"If your web browser displays annoying pop-ups

While browsing the web, if you see a pop-up or alert that offers you a free prize or warns you about a problem with your device, don't believe it. These types of pop-ups are usually fraudulent advertisements, designed to trick you into giving the scammer personal information or money.

Don't call the number or follow the links to claim the prize or fix the problem. Ignore the message and simply navigate away from the page or close the entire window or tab."

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams

Cheers.
