Unable to activate Touch ID in iPhone SE

I am using iPhone SE since December 2017. But few days back my Touch ID is not working after an update 13.6. I went to service centre they told me change the display and cost around 15000 INR. Can you help me in this regard.

unable to activate touch id on this iphone after update 7 it horrible that you are purposely making older iPhone models from stop working so that you can sell more, its bad enough all the e-waste that your company is creating and now this? I jut updated my phone today and all of the suden I don’t have access to my Home Screen and I am not able to to use ny id touch screen. Shame on you Apple!
