I’ve had ios14 for a week-ish, and my sister and I both have this problem... we’ll be texting, and it’ll occasionally freeze for a second or two. It’s pretty annoying. Anyone have a solution? It didn’t do this pre-update. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like you and your sister are having an issue with your iPhones freezing for a second or two in the Messages app. Do you both have the iPhone XR?
iOS 14.0.1 was released Sept 24. Try updating your iPhone and restart the device to refresh it and reestablish a connection to the internet.
