How do I remove it from my phone it’s causing all kinds of problems on my iphone7+

App without cellular permissions using significant cellular data I upgraded to iOS 16 earlier this week. I noticed yesterday that my phone was blasting through data, so I reset the statistics to identify the cause. There appear to be a number of causes Over the last 12 hours The Wall Street Journal app, which has had cellular data turned off for years, downloaded 437mb of data. Safari, which has had cellular data turned off since yesterday, downloaded 155mb of data (was at about 2mb just after I took it off cellular. Uninstalled Apps downloaded 495mb of data System services: 446mb ("iTunes Accounts" makes up the largest portion at 166mb) What is going on and how do I stop it?
