My iPhone 8 does not turns on, the apple icon appears and reboots again. Also there is a problem with battery. But in service center told me to disconnect from the "Find iPhone" first. In another iPhone were my apple id is logged in, instead of disconnecting from "Find iPhone" in iCloud I mistakenly removed it from the list of iPhones in the settings, so now it is not displayed in the iCloud ... I just don't know what to do.

I removed it from apple id list of devices and now it don't displayed in iCloud. I don't knew that remove from apple id it's not the same as disable "Find iPhone" in iCloud. This function is on on the device, but I can't disable it, because my iPhone don't turns on. And support don't work now.
In another service changed the battery and it turns on, problem solved.
If you already removed the device from iCloud, then there isn't much you can do at this point.
