My left AirPod

I’ve been having trouble with my left AirPod for about 3 months now. It’s randomly stopped working and I’ve only had these AirPods since March this year.

It won’t ever charge properly and when I place it in my ear to play music it is very rare that it will play and if it does it’s only for about 10 seconds and then it dies. I’ve tried reconnecting my AirPods as it said to do online and I’ve also cleaned the case.

Is there anything you can suggest?
