IPhone Max is hanging. I cannot restore or turn the phone off.

My iphone is on and hanging in restore mode. The Iphone was updating. And it is now hanging.

I cannot access the phone. I do not know my IMEI or serial number. I cannot call apple support or chat.

Any suggestions?

Restoring iPhone 12 pro By accident I plugged in my new iPhone 12 Pro to restore to factory mode instead of my old phone. Realized this once I was a couple seconds into process. Now new phone won’t even turn on because I quickly pulled laptop cord out. Help.
