iTunes will not update even when I go to Help, then Check for Updates. I click on it, then click on download and nothing happens. I've shut my computer down twice and it still doesn't help. Any suggestions?

Any chance you downloaded iTunes from the Microsoft Store? You might need to check for updates there instead.
If you're still having no luck, you could try downloading and installing the newest version of iTunes manually. You can get the latest version of iTunes from here:

Thanks for the suggestion. I had to download the program again and that solved it.
