Why can't I update to OS 14?

I don't know from what you've posted. When you go to Settings > General > Software Update and try what happens?


  1. Are you at a 50% or higher battery charge?
  2. Connected to WiFi.
  3. Removed the beta profile.
  4. Removed the sketchy beta version you got from some unknown website?
  5. Using a VPN?
