how do I update my iPhone 8 Plus to iOS 14. When I go into general then into software it says iOS 13.7 is the most up to date iOS. But it’s clearly not and it doesn’t say anything about iOS 14 so I have no idea what to do. Please Help

I was having the same issue and this worked for me:
Go to Settings > General > Profiles & Device Management. If you find a Beta Profile installed there, delete it. Then, Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Finally, go to Settings > General > Software Updates and see if your update is available.
