How do I change the names of the categories inside the App Library?

Inside the new App Library each section has a name. How do I edit or change those names? Example: Productivity and Finance mixes my banking & Adobe design Apps which is odd. I’d like to change the group name to just Finance OR Productivity, and then organise the Apps accordingly.
