How do I re-install Safari 13 (13.1.2) and remove Safari 14
Safari just installed version 14 while I was not at my computer. How do I revert to version 13.1.2?

You use your Time Machine backup to roll back to just before the Safari 14 update. Safari is considered to be part of macOS and earlier versions cannot be downloaded for installation.
