How to check if my iOS is authentic

I believe my iOS / safari has been modified for remote access or data gathering . How can i check their status?

phone will unlock without using my passcode. Then settings in restrictions been all released . Then I found all my apps in the main page all separate out not in folders.

I just updated iOS 14, it shows in library the apps are newly installed, but if I chevk in apps store, they remain the same.

my second phone seems starting to have the same problem. I have tuned it off WiFi now for both phones .

please help!
