Transferred to what?

An iCloud or iTunes backup of your iPad will include all data and settings other than that already stored in iCloud - or licensed/purchased media that can be reinstalled from the Apple iTunes and App Stores.

I stopped the iCloud backup because it would take forever to backup up diagnostic analytic info which it shouldn't even be backing up. I've tried everything to stop that but unsuccessful. So I went to backup manually and it gave me a prompt to transfer purchased items before backing up.
