What do you do if there is no BootCamp install folders in Windows on a new Mac?

I believe I have a problem with my BootCamp install of Windows 10 on a MacBook Pro 2018 model. I followed the normal procedures and have Windows installed. It runs mostly correctly, but there seems to be a few drivers missing and Windows is using Microsoft drivers instead. Mainly my desire is to have the keyboard backlight working in Windows. The touchbar works and shows the light controls, but there isn't a light. There is also no BootCamp system controller available in Windows, and the trackpad is operating under a MS mouse driver. Maybe not the best for performance. I also have crappy battery life while in Windows and sometimes no charging though it shows the system as plugged in, it's still using the battery. Any advice?

Windows, Windows 10

Thanks for looking and responding. This page you posted is what I have been looking at for a solution. For a newer Mac, there is no option to download the support software using BootCamp assistant. If I have a USB drive inserted, it tells me to remove it then only gives the option to remove Windows. I DO NOT WANT to uninstall all the software and junk I have already put on and start over. That is not a satisfactory option as it would take hours of time.

My computer does not show the OSXRESERVED partition on the BootCamp partition. There is a bootcamp folder in windows explorer, but nothing happens when I try to run the bootcamp.exe. On the Mac side, the only option it offers is to uninstall Windows partition and start over. I can appreciate the streamlined nature compared to the old method (I've had success with it before), but not leaving any way to correct for a problem is not good. Part of the problem is that this new computer is set somehow to restart whenever the lid is closed and reopened instead of just sleeping. That seems to really mess with Windows and power management and I haven't found a way to change that yet. Any other ideas?
