If you need to change your Exchange password, that would be done through your Exchange Admin.

However, if you are randomly being asked for your password after waking your Mac but Exchange is working OK, it's likely the same Exchange glitch I've seen from time to time.

Let your Exchange Admin know if you're seeing it regularly, they can look into it. I have 3 Exchange 365 accounts and only one of them has this issue every so often.

Normally, Exchange server passwords are administered through and only changeable by your IT personnel who manage the system.
