Provided that you imported that CSV list into a new Contacts Group, you select every name in that Group, and then visit the Contacts print panel, and change Style to Mailing labels. Choose the Page: [ Avery Standard] [ 5161], and print your label sheet.

This is a Contacts only approach to creating and printing a mailing list of labels. Pages is not involved.

Apple's Contacts application can accept a CSV spreadsheet of names and addresses and import that into a custom Contact group. Then you can select all of the users in that Group, and from the Contacts application's print panel, choose to output to a corresponding Avery label sheet of those selected names to your printer.

Contacts User Guide.

Apple's Numbers application can export to CSV, but Pages cannot.

Although Avery has downloadable labels in Pages document format (in the U.S.), you would have to create a Text box and layout your specific label content for each recipient in a separate Text box for each, or duplicate that Text box if only one name on the mailing list. This is far more work intensive that using Numbers, exporting to CSV, and importing that into a custom contact group in the Contacts application.

Thanks for your help. I finally got it done.

I wanted to send a message to all residents of a neighborhood association. I had purchased pre-stamped post cards so I had to tell the printer it was a custom envelope. I printed the names and addresses with my return address on the stamped side with my Mac but haven’t been able to figure out how to print my note on the 3.5”x5 blank. I’ve used Word in an old PC notebook that I have to print the note
