Disabled iTunes account

Anytime I am trying to add my new card to my Apple wallet or update any of my apps I am being told that my iTunes account has been disabled can anybody help me please

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
