error code 4000

I am trying to update my iPhone & iPad to IOS-14. After my PC downloads the updated software and tries to install it on my devices. I receive a error that says "An unknown error code occurred (4000). I can't find this error code explanation anywhere on Apples support page. Can anybody please help me?
