My apps will not change from grid view to list

My apps will not change from grid view to list. They only wiggle. I've turned the watch off, that didn't work. So I tried a hard reboot of the watch. That hasn't worked either. Any other suggestions?

Apple Watch series 7 - apps don't open in grid view, do open. in list view I've been using my new series 7 watch in list view for a while & all apps work. Today I tried out the grid view and none of the apps open. I don't know if the grid view screen isn't working right or if the apps aren't working or if it's something else. I had to use my iPhone watch app to switch the watch back to list view. I tried restarting it, which didn't work.

Watch After I charge my watch I stuck in a view option, Grid View, List View, Edit Apps. I could not even use the watch or change the options at all. Thx, Harry

In watchOS 7, Apple removed the Force Press gesture. To change your App layout, open Settings, scroll to App View, and select either Grid or List view.
