Apple has this support document that might fix your problem: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211865

Do note that restoring your iPhone and Apple Watch can result in some missing data, such as missing Watch data from the time that WatchOS 7 / iOS 14 was installed until now. And maybe missing apps that are no longer in the App Store. Also if you are connected to your work, you may need to link it back up to your work servers. And Apply Pay and Face/Touch ID will need to be setup anew (both were easy for me).

I am really ****** off. I bought a new Apple Watch 5 less than a year ago and now I've upgraded automatically (set to auto upgrade) to 7.0 software and now my battery is dying and I am getting about 50% of the battery life than on previously software version. I chatted online with Apple and they had me download my diagnostic information from the watch to them. Then they had me re-symc (pair) the watch to my Xr phone. I fully charged my battery at about 3 pm the same day after doing those steps, and my phone was dead this morning when I woke up at 5:30 AM with zero charge. The tech on the chat had no solution for me except to reconnect with her after I tried those reprogramming steps to see if the situation was fixed. Now I can't reach anyone to get a solution for the problem. I use the phone for my sleep apnea, my afib, my exercise routine, and many other things and now its going to be a pain to use. I think I deserve a Watch 6 if they can't fix this problem which Apple freely admits they have. F!
