Good.

Any idea what caused removing Windows partition?

You can try to re-install it. Be careful that you do not click on BCA -> Continue, once Windows is fully installed.

Point is I need to use only one program what is Windows based ( exe file). I don't want to buy windows computer, Is there any option for me. I looked option Parallels, does that works or not without just deleting again?

You can use Bootcamp. In either case, you will need to buy a license from Microsoft.

where is my ~50gb of hard drive space. How to I get back. my hhd is 250gb, not only 200gb. There is something wrong.
Is that possible to get back.?

Run

diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g

and post the output.

How is possible the MacOS just internally removes Windows partition?

Yes, if you click on Continue -> Remove/Restore, BC Assistant will remove Windows. See Remove Windows from your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support for reference.

OK.

Now on disk utility shows me my disc space is only 200gb.

Windows was removed - intentionally or accidentally.

When doing restart and holding Option key, I was able change Windows or MacOS, not any more.
Why?

You do not have Windows installed anymore.
