Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote update 10.2 issues

Newly created documents, spreadsheets, and presentations are deleted immediately after renaming or editing them. OS is iPad OS 14.0.1.

Occurrence of deviation is sporadic
Is and Is NOT
- Is not cloud related - occurs when using iCloud and saving locally.
- Is only occurring with the 10.2 update.
Workaround: sometimes adding content first within the doc, slide, or spreadsheet and then, renaming works.

Documents in pages app cannot be opened The documents stored in the pages app (all formats including pdf, jpg etc) are unable to be opened. The icon with the file name is showing in such a way that it is inactive and cannot be opened, deleted, moved, copied etc. This problem exist for all the files located in ipad, icloud, google drive etc. Please see the below screen shot.
