Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote update 10.2 issues

Newly created documents, spreadsheets, and presentations are deleted immediately after renaming or editing them. OS is iPad OS 14.0.1.

• Occurrence of deviation is sporadic
• Is and Is NOT
  • Is not cloud related - occurs when using iCloud and saving locally.
  • Is only occurring with the 10.2 update.
• Workaround: sometimes adding content first within the doc, slide, or spreadsheet and then, renaming works.
