bluetooth connects, disconnects then requires manual connect for headphones

Hello,

I have this one pair of headphones (Mi true wireless Earphones 2) that I've been using a while now.

But there is one problem with them. Compared to my sony wh-1000mx2, these do not properly auto-connect.

This is what happens:

1) Take headphones out of charging case

2) They will auto-connect with macbook

3) Shortly after (seconds) they disconnect

4) I have to manually press connect, then they connect and work fine

This happens every time I try to use them.

I managed to capture console logs for both cases, perhaps something can be seen there ?
